To change PTP Show Guidelines rule 2b to read:
[For Exhibitors] to show in the Percentage Simmental division (also called SimSolutions, SimGenetics, etc.), an animal must be at least 1/2 Simmental, but less than 7/8 Simmental.
(3/8 Simmental rule is optional [for hosting show] for show season 2019-2020, but 1/2 Simmental required after March 1, 2020.) Moved and seconded in committee. Board vote: PASSED
